Counselling

Individual counselling sessions are available in person on Quw’utsun Territory in downtown Duncan, BC. Remote sessions are available via phone or secure video platform.

Sessions cost $140/hr (GST included) and may be covered by insurance if your health benefits cover counselling from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I am registered to provide support to those who have funding from the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) and the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).

I also recognize that accessing this type of care is not always financially accessible and offer some sliding scale options, please contact me directly if this may be a fit for you.

dreamwork

My training and approach to dreams can be integrated into individual counselling sessions, or be offered as a central focus of one-on-one work. I also offer private group workshops and facilitated dream circles. My experience and approach to dreamwork are greatly informed by my experiences in Robert Moss’ Dream Teacher Trainings. Costs for group work are on a case-by-case basis and can be offered in a range of locations dependent upon needs. Please contact me directly to discuss any group dreamwork inspirations you way have.
